Extremely Fabulous Dresses

Shhh, here's a secret:
my girls' dresses are actually little color studies.

They may look like handmade, fully lined, one-of-a-kind cotton frocks... but really they're just an excuse to get out all the boxes of hand-dyed fabric and go to town.

Now you know my covert information.
This website will self-destruct in 60 seconds...

Okay, not really. But REALLY. I have a lot of fun making these gems. They're all one-of-a-kind, because I get bored doing it any other way. And of course, they're completely washable, and sized generously, so they can start big and be worn as long as possible.

Because all girls deserve clothing that's modern
(but not hooker-licious)
and graceful
(but not boring and girly-bow-dowdy).

I cut each applique by hand,
and machine stitch it to the dress surface.
Flowers have a lot of layers.
